Wednesday, October 1, 2008. OMG, it's fall! Next week is Catalyst. And you can follow it at Backstage. Which is currently Ben Arment's under-construction site. Ben exploded with The White Board Sessions, an awesome one-day conference outside of DC back in May. After that, Ben had many choices, and settled on a good one :-)! Later in Oct I get to go home to Nashville! I cut a deal with AG that if I go now, we can have the holidays in FL. Something cool there in November is the Blvd Bolt. Free Sites to Try.

My adventures as I eat healthier, quit smoking and start running. A night of "Firsts". Tonight I started at Centennial Park, but ran a different route than normal going all the way down to music row by Tin Roof and actually getting lost for probably a mile or 2 before figuring out where I was. I also ran more hills (total Ascent of 1964 feet. over 500 more than any other run) than I've ever run including the ridiculous hill by Vandy not once, but twice!
