We picked up, among other things, an old mirror for the after head at a great price that we refinished and mounted. Walking into town for breakfast, we passed by and eventually entered a Miracle Ear location to get information about hearing aids for G. There is indeed good provisioning here with a regular grocery store and a Save-A-Lot-type store within walking distance, and a small grocery down by the harbor. We were warned that everything is very expensive here and we're finding it to be true. A large bag of corn chips cost $9. I guess that's another reason to cut down on snacks.
