It has been waaaay too long since I have last posted a blog. I can blame that on my little tornado, Liam, and school work. But first I must say good bye to my sister (and other best friend). She leaves tomorrow for college. I am so proud of her! But I am going to miss her so much! Here's to first steps, my long drive home has already begun.

In just a minute or so the marshmallows will brown, then quickly take them out and drizzle the chocolate on top and serve! Spinach Mango Chicken Salad. 2 cups raw baby leaf spinach. 1/4 cup mango sliced. 1/4 cup sliced or chopped grilled chicken. 1/8 cup of almond slivers. Oil and Vinegar dressing. 1/2 hard boiled egg.

I have truly learned a lot (mostly the hard way) since we moved to 29 Palms, CA. One of the biggest things I've learned is that you have to be your own health care advocate! I thought I was taking medical advice! As soon as he latches the entire time he nurses and even when he's not. But! There were two of them! How did they over look that!

Basically it is a list of goals that I am setting for myself to accomplish within the next 1001 days. I will mark through each goal as I complete it! So here we go! Day 1 begins today: September 18, 2010 and ends on June 16th, 2013. 1 Have a baby. 2 Watch Juli (my sister) graduate high school. 7 Attend Justin and Courtney's wedding.
