Kombucha lemon poppy seed vinaigrette | G&W Kombucha
https://gwkombucha.com/2016/08/01/kombucha-lemon-poppy-seed-vinaigrette
Kombucha lemon poppy seed vinaigrette. August 1, 2016. August 1, 2016. This was a little experiment ran by Scott’s wife. We’ve been asked a couple times on our Instagram page to post the recipe. I haven’t tried the vinaigrette, but she said that it was amazing. So here’s the recipe:. 2/3 cup extra virgin olive oil. 1/3 cup raw honey. 1/3 cup raw kombucha (1st ferment). 1 preserved lemon, cut into pieces small enough to blend (just leave out if you don’t have any or use the zest of 1 regular lemon). Vegan...
Level 2 | G&W Kombucha

July 18, 2016. July 18, 2016. I learned a few things on my one gallon brews. First, using my 2 cup measuring cup was cumbersome. I decide to buy a 4 quart measuring cup. That would allow me to not have to take multiple measurements of water for my brew. Next, I wanted to begin taking weight measurements instead of volume measurements (i.e. grams instead of cups/tablespoons). I bought a digital scale. I got the beer siphon from homebrewsupply.com. The recipe I used is as follows:. 28 cups of purified water.

The First Brew | G&W Kombucha

July 9, 2016. July 19, 2016. There was a fair amount of preparation involved before beginning my first brew. I had done weeks of internet research and even read a small book. I would say that the most important thing to remember when making your brew is to buy the highest quality of ingredients. This is going to make a major difference in the taste of your final product. Having tasted the first brew, I can say that both of these ingredients made a very tasty product. Home brew kit equipment:. 2 cups star...

Compared with what we ought to be, we are only half awake. Our fires are damped, our drafts are checked. We are making use of only a small part of our possible mental and physical resources.". William James, The Energies of Men, Science (1907). I’m not cooking at all lately. One handedness has rendered me rather clumsy in the kitchen. Sure there are the berries on granola in the morning, the occasional piece of toast. Simple stuff. But, year over year, my cooking is down exponentially. In this final rest...

Regenerative Agriculture in Wherrol Flat. Skip to primary content. Welcome to The Edible Forest, Annette Owen-Mulder and Les Mulder’s organic farm at Wherrol Flat. In permaculture, the edible forest is a low maintenance and highly productive polyculture. It overproduces compared to monocultures and contains many different ecological niches, which are all occupied by useful species. We have run a number of field days, in conjunction with Manning Landcare, around Keyline concepts and permaculture design.
