Tonight, for instance, I was driving home from work and was shocked to see it was nearly 8:00pm and I had no idea what I was going to make for dinner. But tonight's dinner was especially delicious! Here's how I made it:. I poured most of the liquid out of the beans and put them in a pot on medium. I added two tablespoons of Epicure's taco seasoning. A teaspoon of lime juice, and some fresh cilantro. I tried the lactose-free sour cream before using it and it was really good!
