Tartă cu dovlecei şi blat de conopidă. 3 căni conopidă opărită. 1/2 cană telemea veche de capră. 1/2 cană tărâţe de ovăz. Un praf de sare. 1/4 linguriţă piper negru măcinat. Am preîncălzit cuptorul la 190 de grade C şi am uns cu unt o formă de tartă cu diametrul de 24 de centimetri. 2 dovlecei tăiaţi felii subţiri. 200ml smântână de gătit. 1 linguriţă oregano uscat, mărunţit. 1 praf de sare. 1/2 cană bacon tăiat bucăţi mici.
