Neděle 20. prosince 2015. Tohle je pro mě další výzva. Nachystat jídlo na firemní večírek. Nejde tu o chlebíčky a obložené mísy, ale o tříchodové menu. Vybrala jsem jako předkrm marinovanou červenou řepu s kozím sýrem, telecí líčka na víně a jako dezert panna cotta s malinami. Telecí líčka, měla jsem 12 kusů, 2 na osobu. 2 lžíce hladké mouky. 250 g anglické slaniny. Snad jsem tam napsala všechno. Nakrájíme si cibuli, ěesnek nasekáme na malé kousky, mrkev na kolečka, maso odklidíme od přebytečného tuku.
