Delectable delights from my kitchen to yours. Tuesday, September 29, 2009. The absolute best one I have tried. I found this recipe online and just absolutely fell in love with it. This is one of the best Chili's ever! With the addition of chocolate and chipotle chiles it really has a depth to it.just like the recipe claimed. I loved it and it came out amazing. 2 cups diced onion (about 1 large). 1 cup chopped red bell pepper. 1 teaspoon minced garlic. 1 1/4 pounds ground turkey breast. Links to this post.

Tools of the Trade. Two aspiring foodies trying out recipes, restaurants and good cheap wine. Welcome to Wine Wednesday at Someday Gourmet! Wine is something we both enjoy, but Jackie is slightly more enthusiastic than Lucie (read: Jackie drinks a lot) so she’ll generally be leading these posts. We’ll primarily be recommending wines under $20 (if not under $10) because hey, this is the SOMEDAY Gourmet. If we had money to burn on expensive wine, chances are we’d be Today Gourmet. A photo journal of Europe. MY TRIP TO PARIS. A place I had always dreamed of going. Seeing it's picturesque villa covered hills on 100's of travel magazines all of my life. I had wanted to go there since I was 12 yrs. old. I finally made it! Positano was better than any dream I could have had. It exceeded my expectations in so many ways, but the people were what truly made the experience so wonderful. Labels: photos of europe, traveling to europe beach. Subscribe to: Posts (Atom). A photo journal of Europe. MY TRIP TO PARIS. Brussels, Beer and Belgium. I don't know why, but when I think of Belgium I think of BEER! Not just any beer, but damn good beer :-) I'm not sure if this place had 250 beers but it had a great selection. Brussels was a very interesting trip indeed. I think it is one of the places out of all of the places that I have visited in Europe that is hardest to figure out. A strange and intriguing place indeed. Maybe the answer lies in the BEER! Be nice and share!

A photo journal of Europe. MY TRIP TO PARIS. In Spiazzo, Italy. Now I am pretty small, but even a smaller person must drive around in this. Most Americans would not even fit in this car. Such a cute delivery vehicle I just had to get a picture. Spiazzo is surrounded by the Alps, I can't imagine driving on snowy roads in the winter there in this vehicle! April 22, 2015. Remember last year when I fell in love and wrote this. Lovely write up about the BEST damn bacon dessert ever? Not only did I fall in love with the brûlée but I was also pretty smitten with the duo behind the Meat Cart too. Well, the Badass Boss of Bacon (literally, he ranked 11th at the Bacon World Championship which means this dude is the 11th best in the world at cooking bacon. #getonhislevel) is back with a whole damn WAGON! Anyways, on to what I ate. Tocino sliders ($8 for two).

The Hungry (Greedy) Hippo. Detailing the culinary adventures of the hungry hippo. Tuesday, May 12, 2015. Roti Canai at Kompleks Niaga Limbongan. The production house inside the kitchen. We ordered enough roti for 7 people in various varieties - kosong, telur and bawang. I really liked the roti - it was crispy on the outside and soft on the inside. My friend also ordered a variety of curries - fish gills, mutton, cuttlefish and stingray - to go with the roti. I didn't touch the gills. Crowds even at 11am.
