Proprietors Pat and Sylvia Keown opened the Hungry Monk restaurant for business on the 31st July 1988. Pat Keown had been in a family run wine business for 25years. Julian, with 15 years experience in the wine business, and his wife, Samantha, have been part of the restaurant for the last five years. The Hungry Monk combines excellent pleasant service, wonderful food, and a superb wine list The Hungry Monk is also fully Licensed. Designed by Reidnet Design.

I made a meal out of it - hey it had spinach in it - don't judge! 1 (10 ounce) pkg frozen chopped spinach, thawed. 1 (3 ounce) pkg cream cheese, softened. 1 1/4 cups freshly grated Parmesan cheese. 1/4 cup minced onions. 1 tsp dried Italian seasoning. 1 tsp hot sauce. 1/2 tsp garlic powder. 1/4 tsp freshly ground pepper.
