If somewhere wasn’t very nice, then it wouldn’t be worth writing a post about. But then finding myself in Greenwich, in need of a late bite and not having enough time for a proper restaurant visit, I find myself torn (“torn”) between Nandos, Pizza Express and Subway. Either that or Terence Conran has gone way, way downmarket.

I made a meal out of it - hey it had spinach in it - don't judge! 1 (10 ounce) pkg frozen chopped spinach, thawed. 1 (3 ounce) pkg cream cheese, softened. 1 1/4 cups freshly grated Parmesan cheese. 1/4 cup minced onions. 1 tsp dried Italian seasoning. 1 tsp hot sauce. 1/2 tsp garlic powder. 1/4 tsp freshly ground pepper.
