Take the lead: she should lay out the ground rules for how the session is run, otherwise it’s just one group participant apparently throwing their weight around (no pun intended). Wednesday, June 4, 2008. The last 3 weeks have been hard for me. I came off of the "high" of losing all this weight and bad habits tried to come creeping back up.
