The below recipe I've modified just enough to give some chew and softness factor to the texture by the addition of a very small amount of flour, and by using a creamy peanut butter brand that is on the less-greasy side. The cookies turned out very good, and I love that they are shaped like buttons! Almost Flourless Peanut Butter Buttons.

But let me tell you, it's so much better made from garden fresh basil (as in picked within an hour) because it somehow creates a bright, sunshiny flavor that is un-matched. Also true- walnuts make for better texture and rounded flavor than pinenuts, in my most humble opinion. Place in food processor:. 2 cups fresh basil leaves (no stems). 1 cup English walnuts.

I was sitting alone at a table with a big mac, two large fries, a large drink and 1 case of chicken nuggets. FML. That seriously sounds like something that would happen to me. Except. that girl was stupid. there's a drive-thru for a reason! I mean. i could pig out like that. but in the confines of my own home please :). I'm sad though. i've been so sick.

I realized that i just don't seem to click w/ a handful of the girls i meet on there. Don't get me wrong. i've met a few girls that are down-to-earth and chill. but at the same time, i don't go out of my way to try and hang out with them b/c there's still not a clicking factor there. And the guys aren't really helping....

How to cook the spelt berries. 1 soak 1 cup spelt berries overnight in a pot of water. 2 drain and rinse. 3 add 5 cups of water to the spelt berries and bring to a boil. 4 reduce heat to medium-low and simmer 45 minutes. spelt berries should still be firm but tender. 5 drain and rinse, and return to the pot. 6 stir in 2 tbsp olive oil to keep the grains from sticking. 7 divide grains into two bowls. Basil, olive and feta salad.
