The Lookout apartment is in a rural setting with superb views of the owner's family farm looking towards the Australian mainland. The gardens are there to explore and enjoy and provide relaxing nooks for reading, enjoying the view or just watching the varied bird life that abounds. Homemade jams and preserves are available from the fruit and vege garden for our guests to enjoy anytime. Ponds and streams are a feature of the extensive garden which covers about 1 acre.

Kangaroo Island (KI) is located about 120 km south of Adelaide and is accessible by air or ferry. The Island is about 160km long and 60km wide and covers 4,500 square kilometers. Kangaroo Island has 19 National and Conservation Parks and 5 Wilderness Protection Areas and is a haven for many flora and fauna species. The Lookout is located about 10 km east of Penneshaw and has splendid views across Backstairs Passage back to the mainland. The property is about 1.5 hectares (3.75 acres) in size.
