The Love is Here. Zoodles here I come! December 30, 2014. With this next round of Whole30, I’m really excited about mixing things up a bit. During my first round, I was just focused on staying on track, that I feel like I didn’t have fun with my food. Anybody able to relate? For my birthday last week, my mom got me this! I’m so excited to use this for Whole30. From what I hear, it’s a real game changer. Anybody got any good tips for this? What are some kitchen tools that have helped your Whole30?

The Love is Here. Finally, I decided that I had enough, and was ready to give Whole30 a shot. I’m not going to lie. It was really tough to wrestle with the idea of giving up chocolate. But I did it.
