Ok, that might not be a big deal to you, but it is to me. Why? First, I hate to sweat. Second, I haven’t actually done any running since high school. Third, I just turned 51. Fourth, my kids didn’t think I could. Certainly not my kids. Me either! I will keep you informed on how this running thing turns out.
