Monday, October 15, 2012. Weigh in Week #3. Brittany is down another 4 pounds to 252. Making her total weight loss for 3 weeks 20 POUNDS! Lynnette is down 3 pounds to 169. Total weight loss for 3 weeks. 10 POUNDS! I am proud of our hard work. It is getting much easier to stick to. I was sick for a few days this week, so we really got off track on exercise. Tuesday, June 7, 2011. I can hardly believe my sweet little Chantel is already big enough to graduate from Kindergarten! I am so proud of her. We have had a really fun year. She LOVED her teacher Mrs. Cowley, and she excelled in everything she was taught. Daddy couldn't be prouder of his baby girl! Chantel is our little social butterfly. She made tons of friends in school and She loves to be "hanging out". I made some of my very best friends in kindergarten. Mommy loves you forever. Links to this post.

Tuesday, May 3, 2011. Easter Weekend=F.U.N. We had a super fun Easter weekend. Kris and the kids colored eggs with Kole, Tabitha, the twins and our niece, Charlie on Friday. They had lots of fun. I, the photographer, had to work so sorry no pictures. On Saturday morning we went the Annual Easter Egg Hunt at the park. Nov 4, 2012. The house is really coming along quickly! The outside will soon be finished and then we will just be waiting for the inside and landscaping to be done! Here's my Cafe Rio recipe I've compiled from several different versions. Café Rio Pork Barbacoa (Heather Rowbotham Nelson). 5-6 lb pork roast. 21 oz Dr. Pepper (or Coke, do NOT use diet soda)( I have used Diet Coke and it tasted fine). 1 cup brown sugar. 3/4 cup white sugar. 1 clove garlic, minced. 7 oz can chipotle chilies in adobo sauce.
