I began to start ramping up my running miles in mid-May but didn't see any real change in weight or fat loss during that time. At least not the changes I wanted. LBM = Lean Body Mass.

Wednesday, June 17, 2015. Running Shoes: The Drop or Offset. Some have a collection of shoes of different drops and therefore work different tissues on different days. If you have shoes with different drops then you will probably find that you favor one type more than another. It can be hard to tell by looking with the eye.
