The Penguin's Recipes

As a three-foot plastic penguin, we find that he doesn't eat a heck of a lot! Consequently, these recipes are his handlers' favourites. Our favourite recipe is Pad Thai, so here you go. 1/2 package Thai rice stick noodles. 100-200 g of small shrimp (depending on how many you want). 1/2 package tofu, cut into small pieces. 2 green onions, diced. 1 tablespoon coarsely ground peanuts. 2 garlic cloves, minced. 1/4 - 1/2 teaspoon ground dry chilli (depending on how hot you want it). 2 tablespoons sunflower oil.
