Scale Goals & NSVs. 4011: 5% of my weight lost. 3999: Out of the 400’s. 3799: 10% of my weight lost. 3600: Under my lowest weight for a loooong time. 3378: 20% of my weight lost. 3350: Weigh less than my husband (before he started his WLS journey). 3200: Personal goal for my 4 month appt with my surgeon on 8/17/16. 2999: Out of the 300’s! 289: 100 lbs lost since surgery. 280: Personal goal for my 8 month appt with my surgeon on 12/2/16.

Then I had to go over to the other office for my pre and post-op nutrition counselling, but I got there super early and decided to do the MedGem and BodPod tests to kill time! My VSG journey one day at a time…. Post Op: 6 Month Surgiversary. October 12, 2016. I cant believe I’m officially at the 6 month mark today! Time has really flown by and although I still have plenty to learn, I feel I have learned a lot as well. For starters I will give some quick updates. After three weeks I finally broke my stall which I was super happy about and now I am officially in the 230s 🙂 I don’t think I have seen 230 anything in about 5 years so I am very excited to continue on this path.

He tells me this morning… Call Coastal Paddle Boards and schedule a lesson for Saturday. We will drive down Friday after work, spend the night, have a lesson, spend the day at the beach, and drive home. WHAT? Marcus says he wants me to find new joys and pleasures… so why not start now?
