Excuse me while I use my blog to help me remember some of the finer points of making plum jam. Anyone reading this: feel free to add pointers. 1 Cut plums in half and remove seeds. 2 8 cups of halved plums makes 5 half-pint jars. 3 8 cups of halved plums and 3 1/2 cups sugar. Boil 10-12 min.
