Bolivia's Infuriating Visa Requirements for Americans. Bolivia has jumped onboard a new wave of 'reciprocal visa fees' targeting citizens of the United States. I briefly mentioned a murmuring of this almost a year ago. Though made no attempt to follow up on it. Now that I'm back on the west coast of South America, the thought of seeing Bolivia again has crossed my mind—a thought at has since vanished from my head with such speed its absence has created a vacuum.
