It is definitely your choice - to vote for the candidate you want. There are a few races going on locally today in Nassau County, other than the national presidential race. Get out and vote! January 5, 2013. Chase away the winter blahs at Port Washington’s SOUPer BOWL! Everyone is invited to “Buy A Spoon” and become a taster. Upon paying the admission fee, you are given a spoon and a ballot. You can then stop at each of the soup stations and receive two ounces of the different soups donated by participating Port Washington restaurants. Then vote for your favorite soup, and when all the ballots are tallied, the 2013 SOUPer BOWL Champ is determined. SATURDAY February 2, 2013. Noon - 3 PM.
