已發表 十月 23, 2009. 有關賠償政策應以當局公佈為準, 本資料內容由重建區街坊經驗編印,只供參考之用。 已發表 三月 8, 2013. 有需求主導下被迫遷的租戶說聽過市建局說這是為需求主導租戶新設的政策, 不論市建局有沒有這樣講過, 總之就是錯的說法。 同時,早在第一個需求主導項目獲批前, 九龍城道的重建項目已有街坊去申請。 順寧道重建關注組還是認為, 只要在人口凍結當日有登記的租戶, 就可獲安置或補償就最合理。 經過其他關注組爭取，現時市建局推出了一項 住宅租客體恤援助計劃 ，雖然內裡有眾多不合理的條件限制 下頁詳述 ，但是規定受影響租戶須在遷出有關物業至少一個月前 向市建局提出申請，因此面對迫遷問題應立即向市建局進行備案 註 過往曾有街坊只尋找社工隊協助，但獲得的協助不多，需自行積極向市建局爭取，方能申請 住宅租客體恤援助計劃 ，因此千萬不要以為尋找了社工隊就解決了問題. 已發表 三月 8, 2013. 原則三 想換樓的話，一定要同意市建局的 七年樓齡 估價. 業主的 直系親屬 是指其父母、子女、受供養的兄弟姐妹、祖父母、外祖父母、孫 孫女、外孫 外孫女、繼父母、配偶的父母及配偶的繼父母.
