And the sunny side of things…. 1 month in…. How awesome is that! I weighed this morning just for my monthversary….and I reached my goal, which was to be out of the 230’s! I’m so excited! I’ve been to the gym everyday this week burning at least 600 cals per workout.I want to make sure that as the weight comes off that I’m tone and tight.
