Oliveau Salad Dressing (Weeks One, Two, and Three). 2 garlic cloves minced. 2 tbs Dijon mustard. 189; ts celery salt. 1 dash sea salt. 1 dash freshly ground pepper. 2 tbs balsamic vinegar. 1 tbs wine vinegar. 189; cup EVOO. Placed minced garlic, mustard, celery salt, S&P, vinegars of choice in a bowl. Whisk very slowly in the EVOO until thick and creamy. Place in a glass container. Refrigerate up to two weeks and bring to room temperature prior to dressing salad. 2/3 C olive oil. 2 cloves garlic, minced.

Ginger Lemonade (Weeks One, Two, and Three). 2 inches fresh ginger root. Wash and peel the root. Grate it finely over a bowl. Squeeze the grated ginger mash with your fingers to extract the juice. Monday, August 31, 2009. The Current Health-Paradigm Crisis. I just read an article in a chiropractic journal about the ongoing discussions on health care. The premise of the article is that we’re not in a health care crisis, rather we’re in a health-paradigm crisis. I agree with that and here’s why. The cost of health care in this country is spiraling out of control yet as a whole, Americans experience more illness and disease than the most of the industrialized world. Diabetes is a perfect example.
