I quit driving and started cycling everywhere. Some people talk the talk. I try to walk the walk. Sunday, November 8, 2009. Have not blogged but still biking. I figure I'll buy a better seat, put a rack and basket on her and she'll be good to go. I do ride my Pigeon every now and then, when I don't have school at night (Fridays and weekends). She is doing ok, I rode her quite a bit yesterday, rode through UCSB, got lost, rode her to the beach, made some distance on the Obern Trail. I think thats a heron!

Doing it My Weigh. Just another WordPress.com weblog. January 5, 2010. So with 40 lbs left to go I decided to divide it into 5 and 10 lbs mini-goals. A 5 lb goal should be reached every few weeks, which is often enough for me to stay motivated. And every 10 lbs means a new size. More win! Now what do I do for rewards? I used to reward myself with food or wine. Same technique for bad days, emotion, and boredom. Sometimes I still do this, though in smaller amounts. I’m currently a 12. 2010’s hot spots.

Busy Bee →. January 13, 2010. Just finished The Shred on LEVEL 2 for the first time ever! I’ve never even seen level 2 before, haha! I’m pretty proud – though I did have to do to the modified version on several of the moves. Oh well, I was fully worked out, and now, I’m feeling great!
