The Great Weight Loss Challenge. Monday, March 17, 2008. How did everyone's week go? I am down 3.2 this week and I'm very happy! I guess I am destined to lose weight every OTHER week, instead of every week. I am just really going to try and focus on portion control and making good food choices when I can. BUT, I am going to have cake and I have been thinking about it non-stop. When you refrain from sweets for awhile it really makes you appreciate it when you do get to eat it! The Great Weight Loss Challenge. Monday, March 17, 2008. St Fatrick's Day (hee hee hee). I weighed in today after starting WW on Wednesday. I'm down 1 pound! I feel good about it because I started mid-way through the week and then had to work all weekend. Work is a big temptation for me- on the weekends people always bring in treats to share. The Great Weight Loss Challenge. Wednesday, April 9, 2008. Haven't heard from anyone in awhile so I thought I would check and see how everyone is doing? Last week I was down two pounds and this week I was up one pound. Once again, I am really trying to focus on eating good and I even kicked up my exercising a bit. The Great Weight Loss Challenge. Tuesday, March 11, 2008. My weight is the same this week too. I tend to get mad at myself when I'm not keeping up with my weight loss goals. But, then I watch Biggest Loser and I always feel better. Tonight one of the girls lost 0 lbs. They exercise several hours a day and prob. eat REAL good, and then they still lose 0 lbs! The Great Weight Loss Challenge. Monday, March 24, 2008. I'm down half a pound this week. I'm thinking that is pretty good considering all the cake and ice cream I ate this week! And I was pretty proud that I didn't stuff myself on Easter either. I just ate until I wasn't hungry anymore and then stopped! Then around 5 miles I was thinking,"What the heck, I might as well run 6 miles! I wanted to jump up and down when I was finished, but I was too tired! Chanting) DO IT, DO IT, DO IT! No Change for me.
