A weight-loss journey, one day at a time. Friday, May 13, 2011. Keep On Keepin' On. It's been a couple of weeks since my last post. I was sick and have had my parent's visiting from out of town. But, I've continued steadily losing and now I'm down a total of 11.5. I STILL haven't started exercising. I'm thinking about changing the name of this blog to Excuses of a Fat Girl! A weight-loss journey, one day at a time. Sunday, August 28, 2011. It's Been a While. I've really neglected this blog. REALLY. And, truth be told, I've been neglecting my weight too. So far, I've lost 20 pounds. (yay! BUT, I haven't been counting my calories or exercising regularly for about a month and a half. Did I EVER exercise regularly? My goal is to lose 150 lbs! Wednesday, August 31, 2011. Bonus Post - September Challenge. Mer over at We're Losing It. Has put out a Supreme September Super Duper. Challenge which is easy enough to do, but I think will have a big impact on your health if you are not already doing it. Consider doing the following:. Minimum 30 minute workout. 5-6 days a week. As I read the article, I got thinking how often I get helped by others when I get discouraged along the journey including many of you. Thanks for the support! Michelle over at Ruminations. A weight-loss journey, one day at a time. Friday, May 27, 2011. What Can I Say? Things are going good. I've lost another 2 pounds to bring the total to 15 pounds! Patting myself on the back*. BUT, I back-slid on exercise this week. I didn't get any structured exercise in. Humph! Does count housework {my house is about to get a WHOLE lot cleaner! And I did do some heavy cleaning this week, so I counted that. But, I know I'm not fooling anyone . that's not enough! I'll highlight it all next week!

I do have to report that I still haven't started exercising. I don't know why I can't get myself on track with this! But I'm going to have to soon, otherwise I'm gonna starve. LoseIt! LilySlim Weight loss tickers. Sunday, August 7, 2011. So tomorrow is the first day of the rest of my life. I'm gonna do it this time. I mean I say that every time. But somehow I mean it.
