Going for the Lean in Two Thousand and Thirteen. Get up and Go! Thursday, May 8, 2014. I got on this kick in the mornings to have a fruit and veggie smoothie for breakfast. It isn't easy being green in the morning, but I have found that if you use blueberries the green kale disappears because all I see is purple in my glass.
