Auckland Botanic Gardens Visit. October 22, 2015. It was right in the thick of Cherry Blossom season a few weeks ago so a visit to the Auckland Botanic Gardens was definitely on the cards. Visit their website. The parking situation was a bit out of hand due to the time of year so we ended up parking on a side street and took a 5 minute walk. The Cherry Blossoms were much prettier than expected, so many photo opportunities. There was even someone filming a music video on-site! Cherry Blossom feat Daffodil.
