Friday, July 15, 2011. The family took a long vacation to Idaho and Utah this summer. We had lots of fun and did quite a few things. Last trip Ashley and Patti took to Utah, Lisa's neighbor Sierra and Ashley decided they wanted to go do something new and fun together. So, Sierra took Ashley to Lagoon. Her first experience! Tuesday, August 20, 2013. Nephites in the Heartland of USA - Part 2. Continuing. we went to Fort Hill, a Hopewell hilltop fortress with its ancient stone walls still visible. We hiked up a narrow trail to the very top. It was amazing. When up on top you could see straight down the sides 75 feet for more below. There was no way an enemy could get up to you without you attacking them from the top. Up on top there were several natural springs for fresh water. This is the remain of one. And he caused towers.

Friday, February 10, 2012. So, we decided it was long past due since we updated our blog so we went on a spree updating lots! One thing we failed to post almost a whole year ago was Ashley. She recieved her Young Women's Medallion. She worked very hard to get that and is happy to say she has finally finished! Thursday, December 22, 2011. While Wyatt was here for Christmas we went puppy shopping! Steven and Emily are thinking about getting a dog sometime down the road. When we got to the store we found this darling Husky! Wyatt wasn't so sure about touching this very active puppy! Ashley won out again! She wanted to take the puppy home for herself. He is staying state side so he will be in Provo for three weeks before he goes to his mission in Des Moines, Iowa. We are all very excited for him! He will be a great missionary. Ba-bye cell phone.
