Hanging out with my friend and her twins. They turned 2 on Wednesday and they are truly Miracle Babies (Born at 24 weeks and are healthy, happy thriving toddlers). No more weighing in until closer to due date. Yes, It’s starting to warm up quite a bit so, I have been trying out some dresses and skirts. SO EMOTIONAL and uncomfortable!

Our little M&M has been moving and grooving this week, so I told hubby to have a feel one night and he was able to feel the baby kick for the first time! It was such a special moment, hopefully as the kicks get stronger he will be able to feel it more often. Starting weight 146lbs 10.8lbs= 156.8lbs. Anything making you queasy or sick:. Nope all good in this department.

Patiently (or Impatiently) waiting for our family to grow. Monthly Archives: May 2015. May 21, 2015. 13 weeks 5 days. Starting weight was 146lbs and I am up 3lbs (149Lbs). Jeans fit great but the shirt I ordered online are too big. I am sending them and hoping I can get a smaller size eventually. Still struggling to fall asleep at night and waking up between 4-6am to go to the toilet and having trouble falling back asleep. Best moment this week? Craving sour things, like green apples and sour candy.

Baby was in very good form and behaved very well while the technician took all the mandatory measurements. She was having some trouble getting the spinal measurement so asked me to get up and walk around for a bit to see if the baby moved and our little M&M did! Starting weight 146lbs 10.8lbs= 156.8lbs. April 5, 2015 6 Comments. Well, I realise I have been a completely rubbish blogger lately, my excuse is that I am feeling extremely rough most of the time! Loving every second though, I am still in awe of recent events. The scan day was the best day of my life so far, up there with my wedding day. We are so pleased to announce that we are having twins! Praying * Hoping * Wishing * Smiling. It’s Starting…. I called the nurse a couple days ago with my CD1 – and the wind got knocked out of me. Not only did I start my BCP on CD1 which makes me feel like I am actually on my way, moving forward and officially on the IVF journey, but I found out that IVF could potentially happen a lot sooner than I had anticipated! Then start injections on the 18th! I feel excited and nervous, and happy to be on the road to our best possible chance of creating a miracle 🙂.

SCREW YOU, STORK. Impatience is a virtue. March 1, 2015. Impatience. It’s an ugly trait that has a somewhat pretty side too. My entire life, I’ve suffered from an acute case of Chronic Impatientitis. Growing up, I was a very unfortunate combination of being both impatient and a late bloomer. Because of this, there was one thing I heard over and over again from my mom. Your day will come. When every single person in my junior high class got their periods and I was still stuck in scrawny training bra land.

I have been convinced both embryos took and I was going you see little ones in there, but there was only one. It measured out right on target for 6w4d and had a nice hummingbird heartbeat of 119 bbm. It was pretty amazing seeing the heart flutter and hearing it. I was a little dissapointed and sad that one of the embryos didnt make it, but I am so happy that the one that did is doing so well.
