Some of the members of the Monday Club took part in four taster sessions of Tai Chi for Health and Fall Prevention at Penninghame Church Hall. The sessions were delivered by instructors Patsy Cullen and Lyn Irvine. Tuesday, 31 March 2015. Members of the Monday Club met, this week, at The Belted Galloway for a cuppa and a chat about what is happening over the coming months. There was great enthusiasm and under Lyn's guidance, the members agreed on things for the future. It was agreed that there would be NO MONDAY CLUB on 6th APRIL due to many people having commitments over Easter. The next meeting therefore is on 20th April at the usual place and time, Penninghame Church Hall, 10am. 18th May: Spring / Summer Fair.
