The adventures of an artist. What’s the story behind the name of your blog? This is so neat. Last night, I used my parents’ computer to print off a line of text to cut up and use in one of my paintings. It turns out that my parents only use recycled paper, which I had failed to remember, so there’s always something printed on the other side. I cut out my line of text, flipped it over to apply the matte medium, and lo and behold: a message was waiting for me. She wants. Or both. Newer: The brighest bulb.

The adventures of an artist. What’s the story behind the name of your blog? In addition to making adorable sock critters, I now also make adorable necklaces made out of adorable miniature canvases. And wow, it’s wonderful to be able to *wear* your own art. What a great way of advertising your wares! Now I can peddle my art on the go! The adventures of an artist. What’s the story behind the name of your blog? On August 4th, my old friend JG. Passed away very suddenly. When I got in my car after the service, Patty Griffin’s “Heavenly Day” came on shuffle. My first reaction was that it was a cruel irony, as there was nothing heavenly about that day, but the more I listened to it, the more peace it brought me. Because what more could you wish a departed friend than a heavenly day? 8220;Heavenly Day”. Got no trouble today with anyone.
