Week 11: cod with a spanish-style stew (for 2). 50g cooking chorizo, finely sliced - we used two of these. 680g bottle of passata. 370g tin borlotti beans (get a good brand if possible, we like Cirio) - drained. Savoy cabbage (or similar - we used a January King) - finely sliced. 2 * 130-150g cod loins, skinned. Small onion - chopped. 1 clove garlic - chopped.
