First Stop in our world tour! 2/3 c Red lentils. 1 inch piece ginger, grated. 4 tbs Vegetable oil. 1 tbs Ground coriander. 4 medium Green bell peppers. 1 1/4 c Water. 1 tsp Cumin seeds. 2 Onions, chopped. 2 tbs Chopped cilantro. Afghan Potato Salad with Cilantro Dressing. Pound Russet potatoes, cut in half.
