May All Beings Be Well: February 2010
http://mayallbeingsbewell.blogspot.com/2010_02_01_archive.html
Wednesday, February 24, 2010. I have been doing yoga consistently for about 6 months and I have really enjoyed it. Most of the classes I attend are traditional, Iyengar style, and are slow-paced classes focusing on holding poses a bit longer and working on balance and endurance. I have thoroughly enjoyed these classes, as they have taught me to focus on my body posture, breathing, and simply helped me relax. So, why start a blog? Until April… Namaste. http://mayallbeingsbewell.blogspot.com/2012/02/pain-is-temporary-pride-is-forever.html
Tuesday, February 14, 2012. Pain is temporary, pride is forever. I get it. Inspiration. Cute. But seriously, whoever said this quote. I would like to punch them. When googling to see what jerk originally said that quote, I stumbled upon this gem, which sums up this entire post pretty well and saves you from having to listen to me bitch and moan:. I will give you 3 guesses why I am all angry-bird-like today. Enough, ankles. In the words of Uncle Joey:. Where are you running? View my complete profile.

May All Beings Be Well: I love hummus
http://mayallbeingsbewell.blogspot.com/2012/02/i-love-hummus.html
Wednesday, February 29, 2012. I do a pretty good job of eating a wide variety of things, getting essential vitamins and minerals from different sources. But there are a few items that I could not live without and I can eat daily, in copious amounts. Hummus is one of them. I like to make hummus whenever I get the chance, but am a sucker for some good store-bought as well. About 2 cups of shelled edamame. Well, this turned out REALLY yummy. A very nice, healthy twist on an essential item in my diet! Pictur...

See you in 36 hours! | Nerds With Food
https://nerdswithfood.wordpress.com/2015/03/13/see-you-in-36-hours
Combining food and the scientific method. See you in 36 hours! There was a bit of reading comprehension fail in the kitchen just recently. It probably didn’t help that I was a little sleepy and hungry at the same time. I took my slab of pork belly and sliced the skin off when I clearly wasn’t supposed to, and then realized my mistake a little too late. A friend gave us broken and we were able to fix. I’ll update with the results after letting it cook for about 36 hours. Wish me luck! Kick Ass Tommy Toes.

Tuesday, February 28, 2012. I had no idea there was a camera guy at the finish line. I had no idea he would be able to perfectly capture that feeling of "Dear Lord, I think I may actually die.".
