Thursday, June 27, 2013. Ed and I are becoming more conscious on what we eat. As much as possible, we eat less rice and less meat (of pork and beef) especially in the evening. So here's a very easy and healthy recipe of Bangus that I prepared the other night. 1 medium size Bangus, slit on its belly. 1-pc garlic head, chopped. 1-pc onion, chopped. 1-pc tomato, chopped. Heat the steamer. Add a few drops (around 1 teaspoon) of sesame oil on the liquid for added flavor and aroma. Subscribe to: Posts (Atom).

Tuesday, November 30, 2010. My grandmother has a sister who loves to bake. And when we were young, we always receive boxes of brownies, banana bread, or fruitcake during Christmas season from her. I must admit that she had inspired me to try baking. So I searched the Internet for a simple recipe and decided to give it a try! 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour. 1 cup white sugar. 1/4 cup butter, softened. 1 teaspoon vanilla extract. 1 teaspoon baking soda. 1/2 teaspoon baking powder.
