A View from Room 202. Tuesday, March 31, 2015. We make pierogi each year for Easter. It's a tradition I embraced when my husband and I married. His mother's side of the family is Polish. His Great-grandmother, "Babciu", grew up in Poland. We will be making some again this year. It's become a tradition, and our daughter always joins us as we make this once a year treat.
