Friday, August 21, 2009. Happy Birthday Chris Cake. Chis is a volunteer in our office at work. His wife, lovely Beth, asked Chris what he wanted for his birthday and he said a chocolate cake. And so, here it is chocholate fudge cake with milk chocloate butter cream icing and dark chocolate ganache filling, with just an accent of white chocolate. I don't know how you get more chocolate than this! All new recipes, which is always fun, but a little worrisome when it's for someone else. More life than Cake.
