Wednesday, November 28, 2012. 40 Minute Hamburger Buns. Plus 2 tablespoons warm water (110° to 115°). 3 to 3-1/2 cups. In a large bowl, dissolve yeast in warm water. Add oil and sugar; let stand for 5 minutes. Add the egg, salt and enough flour to form a soft dough. Turn onto a floured surface; knead until smooth and elastic, about 3-5 minutes. Do not let rise. Divide into 12 pieces; shape each into a ball. Place 3 in. apart on greased baking sheets. 1 serving (1 each) equals 195. 1 tablespoon white sugar.

Wednesday, August 15, 2012. 1/2 c brown sugar. 1/2 c peanut butter. 1 3/4 c. flour. 1 tsp baking soda. Hersheys Kisses, 1 for each cookie. Pre-Heat oven to 375°F.Cream together butter, both sugars and peanut butter. Add 1 egg and vanilla. Add flour, baking soda and salt. Form in walnut size balls. Saturday, April 7, 2012. Southwest Chicken and Rice Bake. 1 Rotisserie Chicken, deboned and roughly chopped (Savory Slow-Roasted). 1 1/2 c. instant white rice, uncooked. 1 jar (16 oz) mild picante sauce. 1 can (11oz) corn and peppers. 2 can (10oz each) red enchilada sauce. 1 can (15 oz) black beans, drained and rinsed. 1 pkg (8oz) mexican style shredded cheese, divided. Preheat oven to 400*. Spray 13x9 baking dish with cooking spray. Spread mixture evenly into baking dish and top with remaining cheese.

Wednesday, July 27, 2011. 2- 15 oz cans black-eyed peas, drained. 1- 15 oz can whole kernel corn, drained. 1- 10 oz can Ro-Tel tomatoes. 2 c chopped red bell pepper. 1/2 c chopped fresh jalapeno peppers. 1/2 c chopped onions. 1- 8oz bottle Italian Salad Dressing. 1- 4 oz jar chopped pimentos, drained. Combine all ingredients in a large bowl, stir gently to combine, and refrigerate overnight. Serve with corn or tortilla chips. This recipe will keep in refrigerator for up to 2 weeks. 1 Can Refried Beans.

MEATLOAF DIRECTIONS:1 package Meat Loaf Seasoning Mix, 2 pounds ground beef or ground turkey, 2 eggs, 1/2 cup milk, 2 slices bread, finely crumbled or 1/4 cup dry bread crumbs, 1/2 cup ketchup.
