Add oil and sugar; let stand for 5 minutes. Add the egg, salt and enough flour to form a soft dough. Turn onto a floured surface; knead until smooth and elastic, about 3-5 minutes. Do not let rise. Divide into 12 pieces; shape each into a ball. Place 3 in. apart on greased baking sheets. 1 serving (1 each) equals 195. 1 tablespoon white sugar.

Southwest Chicken and Rice Bake. 1 Rotisserie Chicken, deboned and roughly chopped (Savory Slow-Roasted). 1 1/2 c. instant white rice, uncooked. 1 jar (16 oz) mild picante sauce. 1 can (11oz) corn and peppers. 2 can (10oz each) red enchilada sauce. 1 can (15 oz) black beans, drained and rinsed. 1 pkg (8oz) mexican style shredded cheese, divided. Preheat oven to 400*. Spray 13x9 baking dish with cooking spray. Spread mixture evenly into baking dish and top with remaining cheese.

Combine all ingredients in a large bowl, stir gently to combine, and refrigerate overnight. Serve with corn or tortilla chips. This recipe will keep in refrigerator for up to 2 weeks. 1 Can Refried Beans.
