Saturday, June 13, 2015. Sista is in the house! What a most excellent weekend! My baby sister Heather came for a visit, and we had a fabulous time in the mountains. It wasn't long enough - it never is - but I'm grateful for the few awesome days I got to spend with her! Toni and Chris joined us as we enjoyed the relatively mellow stroll up to Helen Lake. The creek was moderately higher on the way out. The feet got a little wet, as there was no other place to cross! We're all still smiling! So glad you had...

http://treadlightlyproductions.blogspot.com/2015/04/whose-chicken-wins-first-chick-to-perch.html
The tales of the light impact, get your butt off the couch, adventures of Tess, Loïc, Taio, Mica. and Friends! Monday, 27 April 2015. Whose chicken wins first chick to perch on the top of the box? Daisy flew and sat on the top of their cardboard box home today. That was my cue to fold up the walls to make things higher. Jo, Jo's favourite past time continues to be jumping up our hand and climbing up our arm to perch. Posted by Tess and Loïc. Subscribe to: Post Comments (Atom). Tess and Loïc's Pictures.

The first picture shows just how pleased we are that our chicks arrived. :) Unfortunately 4 out of 6 hatched. so hopefully they are all ladies! The boys are already very comfortable holding the little ones. They were fascinated watching me show the chicks how to drink. It's pretty special! Posted by Tess and Loïc. Bolivia Climbing May 2007: Alguien ha robado mi cartera...
http://boliviaclimbing.blogspot.com/2007/06/alguien-ha-robado-mi-cartera.html
Bolivia Climbing May 2007. Saturday, 2 June 2007. Alguien ha robado mi cartera. That's Spanish for. SOMEONE HAS STOLEN MY WALLET! Yep, we've become victims of the much-read-about pick pockets. guess we're not as invincible as we had hoped! In the billfold. So, instead of having supper, he and I made a few phone calls to cancel credit cards and decided to just come back and hang out at the hostel. Brad continued on to meet up with our friend Esther; hopefully their evening is more fun than Todd's!

Bolivia Climbing May 2007: No Summit for Us
http://boliviaclimbing.blogspot.com/2007/05/no-summit-for-us.html
Bolivia Climbing May 2007. Sunday, 27 May 2007. No Summit for Us. Brad and I had a great trip, however us two old men did not make it to the top of Illimani. We left Thursday for the very rough, albeit beautiful, three-and-a-half hour drive to Pinaya, which is. The starting point for Illimani. Following the drive (and a quick game of futbol with the local school kids! We made the easy hike to our first camp at Punto. Our transport, porters, and for letting us stay at his home in Pinaya. On our way out.
