Sunday, May 10, 2009. So tomorrow came and went, I apologise, and I ended up going to hospital with excruciating pains up and down my left leg that only seemed to get worse on a daily basis. After finding out that I had Lactic Acid on my muscle caused by not walking let alone running for some time before I stupidly decided to run up that hill, I broke down a wept for what felt like forever. Wednesday, December 12, 2007. So instead of going back and playing catch up, I am giving you now a week a review:. Thursday 6 December 2007. Friday 7 December 2007. Again I decided to give the morning running thing another go. They do say that running in the morning is the best, but my body just does not agree with the sentiment and after getting half way through the workout I had to settle on speed walking instead of running. Saturday 8 December 2007. Sunday 9 December 2007 – Weigh In. It was my sister.

Sunday, June 22, 2008. Late night adventures in the kitchen. Inspired by Mark Bittman's. On Mexican popsicles in Wednesday's New York Times, we decided to make our own variation on Thursday night. We had three limes in need of juicing, as well as a pint of strawberries from the Wallingford farmers market that were super ripe and ready to eat, so we settled on. 1 Clean and hull a pint of strawberries and juice 1-2 limes, depending on size. Set the juice aside. 3 Add one cup of milk and blend.
