We got to spend New Years with Dave and Megan! They live right in between here and my parents (how cool is God? Megan and Dave sang at their church that Sunday. Look at how pregnant Megan is! I think Adriana and Andrew are some of the cutest kids ever! Here, Adriana jumps up and down. Andrew rides in the shopping cart. Check out their cat, Henry.

Things are winding down as the end of the quarter approaches. We are preparing for quarter exams as well as the trip back home. Everything seems to be working out wonderfully! So we looked though our other sauces and found an asian sesame dressing. Perfect! When it was all done, we had bowls of sesame-cabbage stir-fry, but it was incomplete. After a bite or two, I thought, this tastes like the inside of an egg roll! Then we came up with it – a deconstructed egg roll! We love you all! Sounds creative and delicious!

As of now, we’re staying with my (Becky) mom in Hampton Roads, VA. We got the chance to hang out with a lot of our friends who are in the area that we maybe haven’t seen since the wedding! The Sharps are two American missionaries that are living in La Ceiba. They met at Virginia Tech and married after graduation. Moving to Florida, they both started teaching. Over the summer, while on a 10 day missions trip to Honduras, the Lord told them to stay. Returning home only to say goodbyes, they prepared for an indefinite stay in La Ceiba.

They are also trained in how to raise a certain breed of goats for maximum milk production and another breed for their meat. Talapia, a fish that has become popular in U. S. restaurants, are also raised on the farm. This breed of fish reaches a good harvesting size in 4 to 5 months. The picture is of a talapia pond that is churning with hundreds of fish. We are so grateful to the Father that we can pr@y for these work...

There were huge columns from Egypt and magnificent gate sculptures that would flank a gate of an Assyrian palace. Monday was our last day of sightseeing and we started at St. Paul's cathedral, the architectural masterpiece of Christopher Wren. We climbed all 528 stairs to the Golden gallery above the dome.
