Disappearing Dawn: Weight losses

I thought it might be useful to list my weights so you can see the losses all in one place. So this is the complete record for my Alizonne journey so far. I will add the other weight losses shortly. As you can see, there are some weeks when the losses are quite small, and even one week where I put on a pound (a weekend spent digging in the garden, building biceps!
