Friday, January 29, 2010. Getting Back Into It - 2010. I know. The title of this post sounds like a broken record but if there's one thing I've learned in my life - it's all about priorities. On Wednesday (January 27), I ran a 5K in 28:30. On Thursday (January 28), I swam for 15 minutes, and then I did the following WOD for 20 minutes: 5 pull-ups, 10 push-ups, 15 sit-ups, and 20 squats.
