Cooking For The Guys. Weight Watchers has changed their program. The points listed on my blog for WW points is for the old Momentum program. I will be updating my recipes for the new Points Plus program. I am going to list the 4 nutrients needed to calculate the Points Plus for the recipe so that you can easily figure the PP per serving. Since I keep browned ground beef in the freezer, this one is easy for one of my boys to make for dinner. 1 lb lean ground beef. 1/3 cup onion, finely chopped. 1 envelope (1/4 cup bulk) taco seasoning. 1 4-oz. can diced green chiles, drained. 1 cup shredded cheese. Garnish: chopped tomatoes, sour cream, lettuce. 1 lb ground beef. 1/2 cup chopped onion. 1 clove garlic, minced. 16 oz tomato sauce. 1 TBSP baking powder.
