A guy sick of being fat. Tag Archives: 1st birthday. Weekly Weigh In #4. July 17, 2013. Weigh in results today: 423 Lbs. That puts me five pounds closer for a total weight loss of about 27Lbs. With my final goal of 250 lbs of weight loss, I am over 10% to my goal. Message sent by the show. Results after returning to the real world for these folks is pretty mixed. I know how this goes all too well as my experiences with extreme dieting failed time and time again. Here comes Fall, time to buckle down.

A guy sick of being fat. Here comes Fall, time to buckle down. September 10, 2013. Ok, so an end of summer week off somehow turned into two. So as a reward I managed to gain back 2lbs. Weight today 414 LBS. I did get some good weight training days in, but not eating well and being irregular in the gym has left me feeling a bit poor honestly.
