To validate our shiny new Visa we had to set foot in Oz within one year of the medicals, so we decided to make another holiday/ reccie. Trip for two weeks April 2009. A few weeks before we were going, I managed to crash the car on the way to my Mom's house! We were towed back home and the car was in a very sorry state! After about 6 weeks, we had it back.

I made this to go with poppadoms and also baked mountain bread, which tasted as good as the pops, but weightwatchers friendly! 1/2 large tub of low fat plain yoghurt. 1 tbsp mint sauce. 1-2 tbsp sweet chilli sauce. Adjust the ingrediants according to how many people you're serving. It's also a bit of trial and error with the amounts of each ingrediants. But it's yummy! Subscribe to: Post Comments (Atom).
