All I can say is it was stunningly beautiful, relaxing and amazing. We rolled in around 6pm and immediately were offered wine or champagne and I said yes. Attendant says to both, yes. Another long day in the car AND post race, yes. Amazing inside and out. My kind of tree house. Our Tuesday was so productive.

It goes in the same category as Disneyland etc. but this is not about that- is about the fact I went to the Fair this AM ( to run a 5K). Yes so the good news on the. Injury front is I have zero pain! Zero so the green light to ramp back up. This was my first week of running with some efforts. Garmin is on, pace is slow, but that is okay. Oh boy. yes. And I am really pissed.

It all comes down to this. Training is going well. I have found ways to get in doubles even before getting to work in Boston by 9:am. Not bad eh? I can go to work without blow drying my hair. Finally! I had to wait for it to grow to a certain length before that could happen. This new style saves me a good 10 minutes.
